Dance Team Wear™ is owned and operated by Inspirations Dancewear®, and the two names are used interchangeably in this document.
Dance Team Wear™ reserves the right to change prices in the general online catalogue and to do so without notice. Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
All deliveries from Dance Team Wear™ will be delivered by Canada Post or by alternative courier on a tracked service.
Please note, if the order is short of an item, we may wait until the order is fully complete before delivering the whole order. In which case you will be notified once the order has been processed
Dance Team Wear™ is not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.
Dance Team Wear™ is under no obligation to accept or honour any order regardless of whether payment has been received.
Not withstanding the above, all orders require a deposit at the moment of confirmation of order.
Dance Team Wear™ may agree to give credit to certain organizations. This will be agreed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to withdraw the credit if the organization does not respect the agreed payment terms.
The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Dance Team Wear™.
For new designs, it is the responsibility of the customer to approve the artwork before printing or embroidery begins. Once the customer has confirmed their approval of it, we will embroider and/ or print the confirmed artwork. We accept no responsibility for any errors which are discovered after receiving confirmation of approval.
We accept no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to artwork supplied.
Changes to Artwork
Any changes to artwork which has already been agreed/processed may incur further costs.
Screens remain the property of Dance Team Wear™.
Copyright (customer artwork)
Dance Team Wear™ accepts no liability for infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.
Copyright (our artwork)
Unless negotiated and agreed in writing, the copyright of general artwork, commissioned artwork and illustrations and anything else whatsoever prepared, developed or created by Dance Team Wear™ shall vest in and belong to Dance Team Wear™. Dance Team Wear™ may use any artwork or printing produced by itself for the purposes of promoting itself. The customer shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary authorities and consents to reproduce pictures, artwork, photographs, copyright text and/or any other reproducible materials (“Materials”) prior to instructing Dance Team Wear™ to reproduce the same. The customer shall indemnify and hold Dance Team Wear™ harmless against all claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or suffered or incurred by reason of any claim (including but not limited to the defence of such claim) that the reproduction of the Materials by the Dance Team Wear™ infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party or misuses the confidential information of a third party.
Dance Team Wear™ are able to supply samples of all apparel upon request at the customer’s cost.
Substitute Garments / Fabric
Dance Team Wear™ will always endeavour to supply any particular brands/styles specified by the customer. Where these are unavailable, however, Dance Team Wear™ reserves the right to substitute with brands/styles of similar quality and size. In which case, we will let the customer know immediately.
Shortfalls / Quality Issues
Any shortfalls or quality complaints must be notified in writing to Dance Team Wear™ within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Sent Incorrectly/Faulty Goods
For items sent incorrectly against your order, or if an item is faulty, please return the item(s) to us stating the reason for the return then re-order and pay for the correct product over the phone. Once we are in receipt of the returned item(s), an email will be sent confirming receipt of the returned garments, following this a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund to be issued. On occasion, we may need to contact you for payment details to enable us to refund you.
Dance Team Wear™ cannot be held liable for any colour variation which are within manufacturer specification. Print colours cannot be guaranteed from one order to the next unless a physical sample is provided by the customer. Even with a sample, variations tone and colour may occur in the re-printed designs.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure front to back registration is as accurate as possible, Dance Team Wear™ cannot be held responsible for any which occur within manufacturers specification.
